Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their facilities are safe, healthy, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive janitorial services, including dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors and surfaces
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Collect and dispose of waste in a responsible and efficient manner
- Clean common areas, entrances, stairwells, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Learn and implement industry-leading cleaning techniques to achieve consistently high-quality results
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing clients' unique needs and preferences
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Police Background Check, as required by law
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 30 lbs, with the ability to stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
- Able to bend, stretch, lift, pull, and carry, with the ability to climb stairs
