We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff member to assist in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment at Les Faux Bourgeois. This role is essential in ensuring that our culinary operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Storage Management: Organize and place dishes in designated storage areas.
- Supply Maintenance: Replenish condiments and other essential supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
- Cleaning Product Handling: Safely manage and store cleaning products.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage locations.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and maintain cleanliness.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding work environment.
