Join Our Team as a Team Lead at Crestline Coach Ltd.

Crestline Coach Ltd. is a leading ambulance manufacturer in North America, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Care Department.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing throughput and output, leading team members in their day-to-day activities, and providing clear expectations and feedback. You will also be responsible for leading process improvement activities, monitoring and addressing output and productivity issues, and ensuring the maximum production output while maintaining the highest level of quality and employee morale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team members in the performance of their day-to-day activities
  • Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while providing continual feedback
  • Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and address output and productivity issues
  • Ensure the maximum production output while maintaining the highest level of quality and employee morale

Requirements:
