We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Moxie's Grill & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
