About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst - Data Strategist to join our team at Veriforce LLC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business insights and strategies through advanced analytical skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analytics and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth, identify market opportunities, and understand customer behavior.
  • Business Insights: Develop and deliver sophisticated analytics to support strategic decisions and business improvements.
  • Data Strategy: Design and implement effective data management strategies to ensure clean, accurate, and enriched data for reliable use.
  • Data Hygiene: Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems, including Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Dashboard and Reporting: Create informative dashboards and reports to help executives understand key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Data Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Processing: Extract and process data from multiple sources to support marketing activities.
  • Automation and Scalability: Identify opportunities to automate reports and ensure scalability for future needs.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or related role, supporting marketing and sales teams.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google BigQuery, and PowerBI.
    • Experienced with email marketing measurement tools, A/B testing/multivariate testing, and social media analytics.
    • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking:
    • Exceptional critical thinking and quantitative reasoning skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Capable of translating complex analysis and insights into effective business strategies.
  • Communication and Storytelling:
    • Powerful narrative skills to succinctly and effectively tell stories through data.
    • Ability to relate analytical insights to business stakeholders in a compelling manner.
  • Attention to Detail:
    • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and efficiently.
