As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our valued customers within the food service, retail, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries. You will be a key member of the Program Management team, collaborating closely with Account Managers to deliver actionable insights derived from customer spend and market basket analysis.
Your Impact:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customer accounts by leading and facilitating impactful monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Leverage your analytical prowess to delve into customer data, uncovering valuable trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify patterns and opportunities within customer purchasing behavior, empowering Account Management teams to develop tailored strategies for growth.
- Craft compelling presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to customers during business reviews.
- Support the Commercialization team by providing account-specific analytics to ensure successful program launches.
- Generate insightful reports that illuminate customer purchasing patterns, highlighting areas of opportunity and driving strategic action.
- Master the art of Market Basket Analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer buying habits and potential cross-selling opportunities.
Your Expertise:
- A Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have skill.
- Experience with databases and SQL is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to confidently communicate complex information to clients are crucial.
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or client-facing role will set you up for success.
