Food Service Operations Manager

The role of the Restaurant Manager at Continental Motel & Dining Lounge involves overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Service Management: Identify the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
- Financial Oversight: Manage cash flow and prepare financial documents including balance sheets and cash reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local liquor laws and regulations.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Uphold health and safety standards in all operations.
- Marketing Participation: Engage in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Operational Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily restaurant activities.
Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Work EnvironmentThe position is set in a fast-paced atmosphere requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week of commitment, with English as the primary working language.
