Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food to meet customer demand.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is maintained at optimal levels.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
