Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
