Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Enablement to enhance our expanding Go-To-Market (GTM) division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Enablement initiatives centered around essential Sales competencies. This position will support both the onboarding of new hires and the ongoing development of existing sales personnel, reporting directly to our Global Head of GTM Enablement.

Your collaboration with Grafana's Sales Leadership and GTM Enablement teams, along with other customer-facing GTM departments, will be crucial in crafting competency optimization and validation programs tailored for global application across our sales organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for engaging with sales teams and leaders, ensuring that our customers enjoy an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us. Mastery of key selling skills and experience in training sales personnel on these competencies are essential. The right individual will adeptly balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, frequently immersing themselves in the development and delivery of innovative, role-based, and highly interactive blended learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design enablement content and programs aimed at ensuring seller competencies, alongside Sales leader playbooks to execute and reinforce these initiatives. This may include the creation of eLearning modules and instructor-led training sessions.
  • Conduct in-person training for new hire onboarding cohorts, with an expected travel commitment of 10-20% annually.
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders involved in our Sales Process to identify needs, create standardized tools, and implement validation programs.
  • Collaborate closely with our Solutions Engineering and Customer Experience teams to ensure competencies are aligned throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Monitor and evaluate engagement with enablement programs and competency levels, regularly reporting findings to key business stakeholders.
  • Define, track, measure, and report on the business impact of sales competencies enablement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive software/SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment featuring technical offerings.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Force Management methodologies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated program management experience in delivering enablement initiatives that positively impact business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, detail management, and maintaining multiple tasks/projects on schedule while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills suitable for a diverse range of learners, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • A proven creative thinker who independently generates and executes innovative ideas for engaging learners.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assume a leadership role when necessary.
  • An enthusiastic, proactive approach to work.
  • Experience and proficiency in remote work within an international team setting.
  • Adaptability to varied and complex job duties in a high-growth company, requiring sound judgment, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.

In Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $146,000 - $175,000 CAD. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonuses (if applicable), and other listed benefits. *Compensation ranges are country-specific.
