Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferredKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of food and kitchen inventory
  • Coordinate daily food preparation and service activities
  • Provide training to staff on operational duties and safety protocols
  • Estimate and manage ingredient quantities for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food quality consistently meets established standards
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of operations
  • Prepare detailed reports on kitchen activities
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays
  • Create and manage staff work schedulesSupervision:
  • Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 employeesJob Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
