About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Guide to join our team at FLYRO. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of travelers on guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions, and historical sites, providing information and answering inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations for tour groups
  • Collect administration or entrance fees on behalf of the tour group
  • Coordinate recreation activities and resolve any itinerary-related issues
  • Assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation
  • Coordinate activities with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups
  • Provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, and other details relevant to the tour
  • Sell souvenirs to tour participants
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Stand for extended periods and walk during guided tours
  • Attention to detail is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of tours
Experience and Qualifications
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
