We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Lifemark - PhysioHouse Trenton.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that requires the ability to work up to 6:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a later start on those days. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating patient intake, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities- Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain accurate medical records
- Collect payment at the time of service
- Track coverage for all funding streams to ensure approval
- Complete data entry and billing
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director

Qualifications- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

- Computer savvy and data entry skills in a physiotherapy clinic setting
