Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access rights and permissions for customers and suppliers
- Coordinate the creation, modification, and deletion of access rights
- Manage the lifecycle of broker and employee accounts
- Monitor and improve service quality and SLAs
- Communicate with key stakeholders and analyze access risks
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of PC and centralized system environments
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, LAN/WAN
- Knowledge of Unix, Oracle, and centralized environments
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
