Job Title: Pharmacy Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Helper to join our team at 5005193 ONTARIO INC.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Helper will assist pharmacists with various tasks, including maintaining inventories, entering client information, and preparing equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists with maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Enter client information into databases
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Record vital signs and clean and dress wounds
  • Help patients complete menus and remove casts, sutures, and pins
  • Maintain supplies and monitor donors throughout procedures
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, and attention to detail required. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have excellent oral communication skills, and be able to multitask.
