Job Title: Pharmacy Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Helper to join our team at 5005193 ONTARIO INC.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Helper will assist pharmacists with various tasks, including entering client information into databases, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter client information into databases
  • Assist pharmacists with tasks such as maintaining inventories, preparing equipment, and cleaning
  • Maintain prescription records and monitor donors throughout procedures
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Judgement and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish between colours
  • Standing for extended periods and combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
