Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical care and services to individuals, groups, and communities
- Work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and provide nursing care through appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Advanced preparation in a clinical specialty or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
