About the Role

The position of Health and Safety Field Consultant is a field-based role with Peninsula Canada, a leading provider of external HR and OHS solutions. As a Health and Safety Field Consultant, you will provide advice, field support, recommendations, solutions, and documentation to Peninsula clients located in the Windsor and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to Peninsula's health and safety advice team regarding issues and requirements.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to follow up regarding any advice, solutions, support, or recommendations given.
  • Perform client installation visits and provide relevant and correct advice, support, solutions, and recommendations to clients in a professional, efficient, and practical manner.
  • Liaise with government officials and other third parties on behalf of clients under the supervision of Peninsula's management.

Requirements

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate from an accredited education or health and safety training program.
  • CRST/CRSP certification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in health and safety.
