CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a central role in the configuration, improvement, and optimization of the Human Capital Management (HCM) module in Workday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business and other stakeholders to gather or provide information related to the successful execution of operations or improvements.
  • Adhere to the executive vice-president's roadmap for projects, mandates, and optimizations. Participate in achieving established objectives and tracking their realization.
  • Maintain current operations (respond to specific problems that arise, analyze and explain these situations, identify solutions to apply, participate in implementing these solutions) and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Perform complex operations requiring specific expertise and/or specialized knowledge of the Workday HCM module.
  • Evaluate the potential and impacts of new Workday features proposed twice a year. Provide analyses and recommendations and proceed with activations when required.
  • Participate in various activities related to project realization (analysis, development, implementation, and validation of tests). Participate in project implementation (setting up the operational environment, supporting the preparation and dissemination of training, supporting users during the testing period; supporting users during the post-implementation period). Participate, in conjunction with other departments, in projects with an impact on the operations of the executive vice-president.
  • Participate in establishing policies, procedures, and directives related to the team's operations.
  • Participate in change management, communication, and training activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Workday system, the HCM module, and related HR operations.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience including configuration, improvement, and optimization of the HCM module in Workday.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and intermediate-advanced proficiency in both French and English, both orally and in writing, due to the nature of tasks, work tools, and/or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers who are francophone and anglophone and in order to meet the company's growth objectives.
  • JIRA knowledge (an asset).
