Position Overview

As a Culinary Services Coordinator at Happy Lamb Hot Pot, you will play a vital role in overseeing the food preparation and service operations. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
  • Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
  • Oversee and verify the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week. The primary language of work will be English.
