Quality Assurance Test Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Test Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. As a Quality Assurance Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in stand-up meetings and sprint planning to identify testing requirements
  2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our mobile applications
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  4. Identify and report defects to the development team
  5. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency
  6. Conduct exploratory testing and backward compatibility testing to ensure the quality of our mobile applications
  7. Develop and maintain test data and test environments to support testing activities
  8. Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  9. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our mobile applications

Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of hands-on testing experience with native mobile apps
  2. 2+ years of mobile banking testing experience
  3. 2+ years of experience with Charles Proxy and Postman
  4. 2+ years of native accessibility testing experience
  5. 2+ years of QA/QC test lead experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. French testing experience
  2. Bilingual in French
  3. Recent relevant banking industry experience
  4. Automation testing experience

Education:

  1. Associate degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
  2. ISTQB certification
