About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Test Analyst to join our Agile, Automation & Assurance team at Scotiabank's COAT Delivery Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough testing of assigned projects, including functional, accessibility, and integration testing.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders, and contribute to the development of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance, and apply this knowledge to improve our testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of quality assurance experience, with a strong background in manual testing and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Contact Center agent-facing applications and flows, as well as experience with IVR and dialer systems.
  • Experience with CRM applications, API testing tools, and agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
