Job Description

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  2. Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
  3. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of software releases.
  4. Provide Quality Assurance Insights: Analyze testing data and provide insights to development teams to improve software quality and reduce defects.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Nexus Systems Group Inc. remains competitive.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ Years of Quality Assurance Experience: Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing websites or web-based applications on desktop and mobile web, as well as experience with Functional testing, User Interface testing, Cross-browser and Cross-device testing, Content testing, and Regression testing.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented approach to testing, and ability to work in a self-guided manner with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with Financial Institutions: Familiarity with financial institutions and their software applications.
  2. Certifications: ISTQB or related certifications.
