The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • Master's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
Work Environment:

The Human Resources Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
