Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team at Dot Foods. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of trailers and paperwork, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and shipping of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dock flow for receiving shifts to ensure efficient processing of incoming shipments.
- Verify accuracy of supplier bills and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Choose and stage loads for receipt, ensuring optimal storage and shipping efficiency.
- Print and distribute receiving paperwork as needed, maintaining accurate records.
- Finalize shipping and receiving paperwork, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Track and verify product on trailers, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Apply standard work and work instructions to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position, applying lean thinking and tools.
- Verify and record all inbound and outbound traffic, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree required.
- Effective, professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and process simultaneous demands on a routine basis.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
