The Role

We are seeking an exceptional President and Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization through its next stage of growth and success. As a visionary leader, you will work with our Board of Directors to expand our footprint, grow our lines of service, and increase the number of individuals we serve. You will provide effective leadership for our social service and social enterprise operations, and work collaboratively with our small, dedicated team to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our mission and goals
  • Lead and manage our social service and social enterprise operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, community partners, donors, and employees
  • Provide leadership and direction to our team, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategies to achieve our goals

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader who has a proven track record of success in building relationships, leading teams, and driving growth and innovation. You will have a strong understanding of the social service and social enterprise sectors, and be familiar with retail and commercial operations. You will also have experience working with volunteer boards and be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
