Insurance Advisor Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to promote client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master time manager, able to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- At least 6 months of industry experience
