Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Hat Truck Repair. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to confirm findings and decide on the appropriate course of action for repairs or replacements.
  • Engage in discussions with the supervisor regarding work progress and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Review and analyze work orders to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
  • Perform repairs or replacements on mechanical units or components as needed.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Document issues and work performed through detailed reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
