IT Support Analyst

Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary education (high school diploma)
Experience Requirements

No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Work is to be conducted on-site, with no remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the efficiency of computer systems and networks
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to troubleshoot and implement solutions
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on identified issues
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts
  • Engage in the re-engineering of applications and software
  • Deliver business systems, network, and internet support to users as needed
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers
