Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a range of shifts available, including days and nights.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care, as well as working with individual clients and their families to respond to changing health care needs. You will also demonstrate a specialized body of knowledge and base your practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.
About the Team:
Our 20-bed General Medical floor is a dynamic and supportive team environment, working with a mix of RNs and LPNs. We collaborate with Hospitalists, Respirologists, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Gastroenterology, and General surgeons, as well as Transition Liaisons, an OT, a PT, and Social Workers. Nurses work 12-hour days and nights as required.
