Job Summary:

Mayfield Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, diagnosing malfunctions, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Inspect vehicles to identify potential safety and service issues, and recommend repairs as needed.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and operating properly.
  • Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage and perform warranty repairs.

Requirements:

  • Valid Automotive Service Technician Certification of Qualification (Class A).
  • Experience working in a technician position, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Valid Driver's License (Class G) with a clean driving record.
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work well in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
