Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our quality assurance processes are current and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in quality assurance, such as CQA or CQE.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools.
