Position: Culinary Services Supervisor

We are seeking a committed Culinary Services Supervisor to oversee our food operations at Roots and Peppers. This position entails managing the preparation and serving of meals, training personnel, maintaining quality assurance protocols, and resolving customer inquiries. Candidates should possess a secondary school diploma and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff
