As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our heavy equipment operators and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our paving projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of heavy equipment operators to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to operators.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Train or arrange for training of operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in heavy equipment operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
