Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, addressing their complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services and increase revenue.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
