About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our front-line staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of our hotel, including the management of our rooms, food and beverage services, and other hotel facilities.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our staff, guests, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date on hotel operations and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
