  • Establish and sustain diverse communication channels among all internal stakeholders regarding the status of settlement and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain and revise related procedural and instructional documents, conducting regular reviews as needed. Actively seek to enhance processes.
  • Report, monitor, and track system defects, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Comprehend how the organization's risk appetite and culture should influence daily activities and decision-making.
  • Strive for effective and efficient operations within your respective areas, adhering to the organization's values, code of conduct, and global sales principles, while ensuring the adequacy and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations related to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.
  • Foster a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive workplace.

The Essential Qualifications:

  • A University or College Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with securities/brokerage operations, including trading, or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is beneficial.
  • Adept problem solver with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong skills in reconciliation and analysis.
