We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant E-commerce Store Manager to join our team at The Brick. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Merchandising and Sales Excellence: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring excellent merchandising and display standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Conduct hiring, scheduling, and training of the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  3. Employee Development: Develop employees through goal setting, coaching, and formal performance appraisals, promoting career growth and advancement.
  4. Sales Programs: Implement all sales programs, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
  5. Performance Metrics: Achieve sales and margin targets, while controlling expenses and ensuring operational efficiency.
  6. Community Involvement: Participate in community events and initiatives, promoting The Brick's commitment to social responsibility.
Requirements:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years retail sales or customer service experience, with 1-2 years retail supervisory or management experience.
  3. Skills: Proven track record in customer service and sales, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and highly developed negotiating and closing skills.
  4. Leadership: Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a sales team, with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
