Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns for social media channels, websites, and advertising platforms.
  • Manage our E-commerce platforms to build product knowledge and revenue.

  • Support trade show coordination, including admin, logistics, and material handling.
  • Assist with social media management, including creating posts, responding to questions, and metrics.

  • Collect and analyze market information and trends.
  • Research competitors' market price and analyze Empack's price level in the market.
  • Research products in the market and make a competitive strategy for our products.
  • Support promotional planning, execution, and measuring the effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain reports tracking KPIs and overall sales progress.
  • Fully manage the Amazon account.
  • Maintain and create new online product listings across different E-commerce channels, specifically Amazon.
  • Analyze data and grow marketplace opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, public relations, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.).
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with above-average working knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, and the ability to quickly learn other technologies (customer portals, ERP software, CRM, etc.).
  • Experience with social media, including Meta Business.
  • Organized, able to multi-task, and coordinate priorities.
  • Experience with creating reports and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent reasoning and analytical ability.
  • Empathy and understanding towards others, especially in stressful circumstances.
