About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Commerce Manager to join our team at SNS Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our e-commerce strategy and driving business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and revenue
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of e-commerce projects
    • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention
    • Work with the marketing department to create and execute marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or e-commerce
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue through digital channels
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
