Retail Store Supervisor

Longlac Freshmart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Merchandising: Assist with the display and presentation of merchandise, ensuring that the sales floor is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
