Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Fort McMurray. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that inventory is turned over efficiently.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and loss prevention.
