Job Title: Overnight Cleaner

At Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our nighttime operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of hygiene and sanitation in our kitchens.

Responsibilities:
  • Deep clean all kitchen areas after hours to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ensure all kitchen floors, ovens, stovetops, walls, and ceiling tiles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Communicate and report any necessary repairs or areas of concern to the management team.
  • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) while using chemicals and ensure all chemicals are stored and organized correctly.
  • Contribute to a clean and safe working environment by actively participating in health and safety initiatives.
  • Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
  • Ability to consistently stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, ascending, or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
