Position Overview

Parwood Door Products Ltd. is seeking a skilled Business Consultant to enhance our operational effectiveness and strategic direction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management and analysis.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and offer recommendations on the management practices and organizational structure of the company.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current managerial policies and initiatives.
  • Suggest enhancements to existing methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Design and implement strategies for operational reorganization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitate staff training and development.
  • Oversee budgeting and expenditure control.
  • Guide and mentor staff in developing and executing service quality assessment strategies.
  • Draft funding and grant applications as well as proposals.
