Job Title: IT Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team at Enterprisemarketdesk Inc. as a key member of our technology solutions group.

Job Summary

The IT Consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients to identify and implement business solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT consulting or related field.
  • Private company, corporation, or industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday and other IT systems.
  • Knowledge of project implementation and IT service delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
