Job Title: ECE Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ECE Assistant to join our team at Curious Montessori Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and providing exceptional care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Childcare Support: Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Education and Activities: Engage children in various activities, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts, to promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, including observations and assessments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with early childhood educators and other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the childcare center.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for early childhood education.
