Job Title: ECE Assistant

Curious Montessori Inc. is seeking a qualified ECE Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to assist in the daily care and education of children in our Montessori program.

Responsibilities
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Ability to work on site, with no option to work remotely.
