About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Global Travel and Tours. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and tasks, including setting priorities and deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems, including conflicts and issues, in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Security Clearance: Secret clearance required.
