Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats for our clients, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that our bakery is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our clients.
- Operate machinery such as mixers, ovens, and other equipment to prepare and bake our products.
- Ensure that the quality of our products meets established standards by adhering to our quality control procedures and protocols.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to ensure that our products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Excellent baking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
