Program Management and Recruitment

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the recruitment cycles for our seasonal internship programs. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and relevant student organizations, as well as attending and representing Equitable Bank at career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting sessions.

Leadership Development Program Recruitment

You will identify and recruit high-potential candidates for our Leadership Development Program, collaborating with business leaders to understand the skills and competencies required for future leaders within the organization. You will also manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the program, from sourcing to onboarding.

Campus Talent Acquisition and Development

You will oversee all campus talent acquisition activities and strategies, building and expanding the campus recruiting function to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This will involve developing long-term relationships with academic institutions to create a strong pipeline of future talent and implementing best practices and continuous improvements in campus recruitment.

Talent Acquisition Support and Employer Branding

During slower recruiting periods, you will assist with broader Talent Acquisition activities, including full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization. You will also participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Equitable Bank's presence in the talent market and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3 + years of experience in program management and recruitment
  • Knowledge of CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Products
  • Ability to represent Equitable Bank and sell the organization to early talent
  • Proficiency with CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in employer branding and marketing
  • Familiarity with using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently present and represent Equitable Bank at campus events
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment trends and strategies
